What is the difference between the queen pillow vs the queen plus? Which is firmer? I need very firm/hard and tall due to neck.

We bought the queen and it is too firm for us. It's never been used and is still in the box if you want to buy it!

Anyone bought this recently? i got one 25 yrs ago. it was perfect. then one in 2010. it's very firm. i prefer softer. can you tell me if this is hard?
