I have been an amazon customer for over 10 years and this is the first time I have a complaint. This lasted less then 3 weeks. One day the hands were just hanging down. I brought it in and a couple days later decided to take it apart and try to fix the hands and found the front of the mechanism was completely rusted. I'm not bothering to send it back. I'm just going to throw it out. It was a waste of &30.00. I will not trust anything from FirsTime & Co again.

Temperature dial broke within the first week. First rain came and clock hands broke and just dangle. Definitely not worth the price. Had it hanging less than a month.

I was all excited to get this outdoor clock. It looked great when it arrived!! Problem was, it stopped working 1 month after I purchased it and unfortunately, it was 2 days past the return date for Amazon. At 1st I thought it was a battery issue, but then I realized the hands of the clock were loose, so it was constantly 6:30 (both hands fell down to the 6). I took the clock apart, thinking I could tighten the hands, but that's when I noticed the mechanism holding the hands was rusted. I am very disappointed that my $50 purchase lasted 1 month.

Good looking clock. I love this clock. It’s industrial meshed with farmhouse. I keep it in the house. This clock is plastic, but appears metal and wood. You can’t even tell unless you touch it. This clock is beautiful! I am so happy I finally found the perfect clock for my taste. Also there is a clear plastic cover but it doesn’t bother me. I’m sure you could take it out.

The product itself is beautiful... Looks like it is a great "time" piece.But the first one arrived in it's manufacturer box (not in Amazon box that has packaging materials), I can hear the shattered glass before it's even open. Asked for replacement -- got in 2 days. 2nd one came, same thing - inside manufacturer box without amazon packaging. 2nd one too got cracked screen!!! Returning again.AHHHH I'm so frustrated. How do I get a hold of one without the crack or shattered screen?Please consider putting the item inside another box with packaging materials.

I am so disappointed in the seller and maker of this clock for not including any instructions with the product. It is virtually impossible to disengage this item from its container. I am so frustrated. My hands and arms are bruised. I had to get out my tool box to try and unscrew the things which attach it to the box. I could not remove them. I just wasted 30 minutes of my time on this.

I wrote a review on our first order that was replaced in September. This one arrived with all hands attached and ran well until the other night when it stopped, and then started again. When I went to change the time, I wasn't able to turn the wheel, then it broke and rotated freely (without changing the time). I am of the conclusion that this clock, while I purchased it for its nice looks, is a piece of c*** and should be taken off Amazon. I would like a complete refund but couldn't find a button to click to request one.

Bought this clock for my husband's birthday. He loves it. Works great. He likes the fact that the numbers are not inside the glass thereby not creating a glare. You can easily see the time from anywhere in the room and at any angle.

Worked for six months. Fixed it, and it crapped out again in another six months. Definitely not suited for outdoor use as advertised, perhaps not even indoor use.

This clock is very beautiful, well constructed, however I ordered it because we needed a silent clock for a massage therapy room. Although this clock is quieter, it definitely is not silent/non-ticking. SO that was a bit disappointing. Since it was advertised a whisper technology for peace and quiet with no ticking sound. We will see if it will work in the room.

Bought this in March, put it up outside in May, was working fine for about 3 days. I figured that the battery died. I kept forgetting to change it. Went to change it now and it's not the battery that's the issue, it's the actual clock. Even if the clock was $5, it would be too much. I would return it, April was the cut off time for returns. Absolutely garage.

Hung this clock outside, within one week the face hands fell to say 630 always. Completely garbage, it doesn’t even move and broke in less than a week . The spring or something must have broke?
