Good product. Easy to clean. It’s compact so portable. Blend smoothly. Speed is ok ok as it blends perfect so no problem. Durability is good as I bought it in nov 25 and in 6 months no issues observed. Easy to blend fruits. Require water for blending not work on solids. Battery is the only issue as it requires some time to charge one time then it works for around 8-10 blends. For this price this is perfect.

The product has not been working for the last month. This company is fooling customers. I contacted the customer care team of QLECT several times, but they did not answer my calls or messages properly. I also purchased an extra 1-year warranty, but it has been completely useless. One time they answered my call and promised, “We will resolve your issue,” but after that they never replied again. Even the email ID mentioned on their official website seems fake because my emails are getting marked as spam. If this issue is not resolved soon, I will file a complaint against the company in Consumer Court for cheating and misleading customers.

No worth for money

I should have noticed the obvious red flag before making my purchase. There's no service or after sales support available from the brand and though the debug info booklet is good, it leaves you in a limbo when the problem is not solved from the means specified in the help guide. Mine one worked fine for 6-7 months. I had mostly used it to prepare my protein shakes and found it very easy to use and maintain. Shakes were perfect - so no complaint for the blending either. But last week I mistakenly had added a little bit more than the usual quantity which is more than it's capacity. The blender didn't start and it flashed the blue-red lights in quick succession. This, as per the product help document, means the jar is not tightned. But it didn't work after repeated trials (including with the spared jars. Long story short, it's not working now, the help document is useful for me and I don't know if I should simply throw away and move on or try to fix it.

Good quality portable electric juicer. It is easy to use, works nicely, and USB charging is very useful with C type cable. Cleaning is easy, and the battery backup is good. Very helpful for day to day life and quick blendings.

I purchased this portable electric blender juicer with high expectations for convenience and ease of use. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The product worked fairly well during the first use — the blending quality was decent, though the motor speed was only moderate and not very powerful. However, when I tried to use it for the second time, the motor completely stopped working. To my surprise, after about 48 hours, the blades suddenly started rotating on their own, making a loud and unusual sound inspite of it being mentioned that the blades function only when the jar is fitted to it which is its inbuilt safety function. This malfunction was both alarming and inconvenient. Since the product had already been used once, I couldn’t return it. Now, the only usable parts are the two jars and the common lid, which thankfully are leak-proof and can still be used to carry liquid food without spillage. Overall, I would not recommend this product due to its unreliable performance and potential safety concerns. It worked only once and then became non-functional, which makes it a poor value for money. Rating: ⭐⭐ (2/5) (Only for the spill-proof jars; the blender itself failed completely.)
