High quality product for a great price
Last year, I purchased a RPI3 for a family member as a gift which he has since used daily, when scrolling through Amazon one day I spotted this for sale and knew I had to have it. A key benefit to the RPI is just how many uses it has, I am using mine as a Chromecast alternative + an Emulation box however there are countless guides online which will guide you through doing almost anything! Not only does your purchase get you a Raspberry PI but it also provides you with a transparent case (see pictures), a switchable power supply, a 16gb SD card and a HDMI cable all of which are perfectly setup for use with the PI right out of the box and will work with no issues. In conclusion, product is highly reccomended to anyone

Abox's supplied Power Supply Problematic (undervoltage lightning icon)
Avoid this product, caveat emptor! The Abox supplied PSU is rated at 3000mA (ie 3A) yet during booting and when running Raspbian standard (unchanged, as-supplied Raspbian standard) software the undervoltage lightning icon flickers on and off frequently.Abox sent an email claiming it's "a software problem" yet when you swap the Abox PSU for the official (2.5A) PSU the problem goes away running the exact same software - it's most definitely not a software problem - but is a problem with the Abox supplied Power Supply Unit. Here is the relevant part from the Abox email: "The power supply is sufficent for running the raspberry pi board. If there is an icon of small lightning in the upper right corner and shows under-voltage, it might because the software is not compatible with Raspberrry Pi 3 B+" Abox are trying to say it's not their problem - yet it clear is as the official PSU doesn't have this problem. All 4 of my Abox Raspberry Pi with the Abox PSU had the same undervoltage lightning icon problem - I shall never buy from Abox again. Not recommended for anyone, ever.

It is easy to assemble.
With a lot of videos on Youtube channel I found guides to learn how to work with this product very easily. This product has an instruction manual inside with all the details. I think nobody is going to feel lost.

Cheap accessories, not good value imho
I didn't like this box set. Having missed the lightning deal and paid the full price of £56, this set didn't represent good value to me. The case, SD USB adaptor and PSU all look and feel very cheap. The English translation in the manual needs improvement too. Overall this just feels like a slightly shoddy Chinese set. I'd advise you to purchase the official Raspberry Pi kit which has an official PSU and decent case. Then just add an SD card and a USB SD adaptor and the price is about the same. You've presumably then also supported the noble UK-based Raspberry Pi company.

At least 10 Pounds too expensive for the items it provides.
The case is a bit jittery. It does not fit completely. And it looks very vulnerable too. Looks like if I try too hard to fix the Raspberry Pi in it, I might break the case itself. The power supply is good. Has got a switch which comes handy to quickly power on/off. HDMI cable has okayish quality. (Looks like a Poundland cable) So overall Raspberry Pi + Case (with heatsinks) + HDMI + micrdoSD+ Power supply = 35+3+1+4+6 = £49. Effectively you are paying £56 for £49 worth of stuff only because it's bundled. I got it in a deal for £49 so I am not unhappy. But spare yourselves 5 minutes to order them separately and you have saved your self a tenner.**** Update ***The customer service was good to refund for the faulty Case. Added an additional star for the stellar customer service provided by them. Plus it comes with 18 months warranty so you kind of pay a premium to receive that service and warranty. I would recommend using them if you are a trying your hands an a pi for the first time.

all good after review
this is a good kit for a new raspberry Pi user. it does have everything in it you'll initially need to get you going, however you'll need a new power supply as the one provided isn't up to the job.although i states an output of 3000mA (3A) as soon as i powered up the Pi it flashed up a low voltage warning. as a test i then plugged in a standard Samsung phone supply that states an output of 2.5A the low power warning went away. I'm not going to send it back as i have loads of USB power supplies knocking about, but if you need the power supply look elsewhere.Edit: since i posted my review ABOX have kindly sent me a new power supply that works perfectly so i'm going to alter my review to 4 stars.

Great...
It's our second now, first used as a retro console and the second one is for my son to learn Phyton. It's a very nice device to play with!
