(update because amazing customer service) *by A***5 on February 1, 2021* As someone who has both trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, I will say that these pills are decent. Theres nothing that helps me sleep without making me feel like garbage the whole next day I will say at first I didn't think these did much. I took the two. Waited and waited and had noticed only a slight tired feeling. But not enough to make me sleep. I did this a few times. And some days I think they helped me fall asleep but I'd still be up an hour to 2 hours later . Then i started taking 2 doses (4 pills) the bottle recommends 2 pills and for me that didnt do much. But taking 4. Now this is where i started seeing results Taking 2 doses definitely made me tired enough that I would pass out. But these don't exactly help me sleep longer. I still find myself waking up every 2 hours or so. They do take a minute, for me at least, to kick in. Roughly an hour and a half. However. My quality of sleep is much deeper. Feels a little more restful. And I can fall asleep a little easier after waking up. When normally once I wake up its a battle (that I normally lose) to go back to sleep. They don't give that horrible next day feeling either. When I first wake up I do feel a bit groggy, but that's mostly due to the fact that I sleep in 1-3 hour chunks but once I'm up and moving I can't even tell that I had taken something the night before. 3 stars because I still don't sleep long and even sometimes with taking 4 pills I don't fall asleep real easily. But I can say for certain I sleep much deeper with these and it feels really good. Biggest plus is they don't have you feeling like you got hit by a train the next day. Which is hard to find even in natural sleeping pills. I do recommend these. I think for most they will help. Especially if you double up the dose. But everyone's body is different. I don't take them every day (maybe every other to every 2 days) I think they are worth a shot. UPDATE: While I had no issues with my product, I was still reached out to by the company because I didnt' have the best results with the product as others. Moving up to 4 stars because you just don't get customer service like this anymore. They genuinely want people to be satisfied with their product and while I was not completely dissatisfied the fact that the reached out and offered solutions to help make me satisfied goes a long way.
