Works good but can be tricky to use
Works well. I had one of those cheap outdoor tents for storing like lawn equipment in and one day a limb came down through it and punctured about a 3 inch diameter hole in the tent. I at first tried tape that stated it was use to repair RV awnings and that stated it would last for months and months. That tape didn’t last 2 weeks before it started to come loose. I was familiar with a similar spray adhesive used to adhere foam to wood and stuff like Formica to countertops. And since 3M is basically the most well known company when it comes to adhesives, I thought I’d give this a try. I cleaned the surface of the tent and the cut a piece of plastic from a free reusable plastic grocery bag (similar to a regular grocery bag but much thicker and more durable material). Sprayed both the tent and the plastic I cut out from the bag. Then I let them dry until tacky (at this point is starts appearing similar to rubber glue). At this point, I adhered the plastic to the tent. It’s been a month or two later and it hasn’t come loose or leaked. About the only thing that sucks is you have to hold the can with the nozzle pointing downwards (upside down compared to how you typically hold an aerosol can). It’s also easy to overspray because it doesn’t look like it’s fully covered well. I’d maybe use something like a foam paint brush or maybe a plastic drywall scraper or rubber scraper or something to spread it evenly after immediately applying if I did it again. I overs-prayed which caused me to wait longer for it to get tacky. But then to test the tackiness you want to use your finger to test, then the glue comes up in that spot and you have to spray and wait again. A suggestion for gauging the tackiness.... Spray a small sample and what you want to glue at the same time with the same relative amounts. Then test the sample instead of what you want to adhere. This way you can test the tackiness without messing up what you want to adhere.

Great for attaching carpet to Mercedes "non-stick" plastic paneling
Hat that case in a 2010 ML350: Texas sun took its toll, and the carpet from the rear hatch came unglued. THe plastic is very special, really non-stick to stay clean over the years. But very hard to glue anything to it. This product worked like a champ. One star deduction though for the spray nozzle design: Here the value engineers had their say, and it is just very flimsy and does not work well, especially in confined areas. 3M better should offer a pistol grip accessory, so you can use this product better. Also, otheres are able to produce spray cans that work in any orientation, why not 3M?

Works great, *ONLY* sprays upside down
It is a great adhesive, and the spray can makes it much easier to apply than a liquid/gel. It was not clear from the pictures and description but the nozzle on this can will ONLY spray upside down which made application a bit troublesome in a few areas as it's supposed to be applied to BOTH surfaces being joined, which in my case meant that one of the surfaces was on the underside.... Overspray is unavoidable but cleans up easily with GooGone or similar product.

Once you spend a moment learning how to apply this it works evenly & holds hard.
This is my 4th can I think. It applies so evenly - like a spider web. A short learning curve but does it ever hold. 3M is the best as it has been from the start.

Great glue
Works as advertised very sticky and bonds well just make sure you don't wait to long. to reposition.

Works, but not as good as I expected.
I bought this to apply/replace carpet in a boat floor. The floor was prepared properly, cleaned sanded, and even scim coated with epoxy sealer, but the spay just did not hold as well as I expected, and the carpet could be easily tugged up on the edges. I ended up buying indoor/ outdoor carpet paste and redoing the edges. The spay is good enough for flat- central areas of carpet, but just couldn’t handle the edges.

worked great
this works very well. It came with the scariest set of health hazard warnings I've ever seen on a product so I wore a respirator and set up fans and everything and really I didn't need to. I sprayed a couple walls with the stuff put up some insulation and when done I didn't smell a damned thing. But better safe than sorry. Anyway the adhesive works great but do like I did wear a mask meant for vapour and not dust and set some fans up and you'll be fine to use this inside. Old school contact cement is way worse than this stuff.

quality is disappointing
The glue is okay, but it doesn’t bond as strongly as I expected. In my experience, the quality is disappointing. This product is made in Poland, and based on this purchase, I wasn’t impressed, as their products below average.Overall, it works a bit, but I wouldn’t buy it again.
