Wow My cousin told me about these so I order on Amazon lastnight was my first night using these ZenFoot pads and I notice the first time was a tingling like feeling actually felt really good then I thought I hope these are ok me o worry about everything this morning I woke up the pads were Black when I took them of as well as My legs and feet felt like they haven't in years as well as I feel better this was just the first night so that was a very Positive experience. I use neuropathy socks instead of the very sticky adhesive.
These are the best detox foot patches I have tried. They really pull the toxins out. I do not like how sticky the adhesive is as it pulls my skins and leaves sore red marks on the sides of my feet that look like I have been burned. I have found a solution though. I bought neuropathy toeless socks as they fit very snug. I just slip the detox pad into the bottom at my arch, and as the toxins are pulled out, they stick to my feet. No more sore red skin yet still does the trick. I have had no difficulty with them staying in place. I also trim the corners to make them round so they don't poke me.
