I have NEVER been able to hula hoop, not even as a child, but thanks to this weighted hoop I can!Now the warning, well not a warning just a heads up. If you havent used a weighted hoop before it can hurt you tummy so don't overdo it just build it up until your stomach muscles get used to it. You may have a little bruising for a couple of days initially because the inside of the hoop is ribbed and its massaging all the wobbly bits while you hula. Once your stomach gets used to it its fine and theres no bruising. I've lost several inches using this and I can finally say at 45 I can hula with the rest of them! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great fun and a good workout *by K***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 August 2019* The hoop comes in eight sections that slot together and lock solidly, each section is covered with a foam covering which when the hoop is assembled looks like waves. When you first get going if you’re anything like I was I dropped the hoop more times than spun it but gradually I got going, I did have a few little bruises around my middle but they soon went and they have not reappeared now I am used to the hoop, I can now get the hoop going for ages one way but have not mastered it going the other way yet.
