There are so many different exercises you can do and it is very well made. The pulleys feel very smooth and the grips are grippy! I am a 50 year old man and I purchased the 8lb which is perfect for me. You will be surprised at the muscle burn you get.At first I thought it was expensive but compared to quality dumb bells it is a good value. I am a very active person but hate going to a gym. Definitely a great resistance workout and it’s so lite and small that I keep it in my bedroom and can even use it there for extra reps during nightly commercial breaks. I will say I will I bought a lower weight one. I’m a woman and bought the red 8lb and it is hard. I can’t complete their videos because the resistance is too high. At some point I’d like to try a lower weight one and actually be able to follow their full workout videos online. The 8lb weight sounds doable but it is hard!
