Meal replacement review
Great tasting meal replacement shake.

Like letting your ice cream get all melty!
This is one of the best meal replacements that I have ever had. I chose the vanilla to play it safe and plan to purchase more! The powder mixes very well in cold milk and doesn’t leave a chalky feel while drinking. There is minimal clumping (might have been my poor quality leaky shaker bottle to be honest here) but the clumps aren’t chalky and gross so that’s a win. This tastes like if you let your ice cream get really melty then drank it and I love that. It makes it easier to drink. The thickness helps because it really does remind me more of a shake instead of just powder dissolved into milk. I will say that I have not tried it with water and I do not intend to. I use whole milk for more fat content. The protein content is fair in comparison to other shakes and the shake will make you feel full for a few hours at least. I carry almonds with me, string cheese and some grapes occasionally so if I get peckish depending on my activity level I’m not craving a binge meal or making poor decisions. Over al I really like this product and am confident it is going to help me reach my goals.

Great Tasting!
I am looking to lose some weight and was searching for a great tasting and healthy meal replacement shake mix. I came across this one and after reading the reviews, I was sold. I made my first shake this morning in a blender (1 scoop, 10 oz. water, and half tray of ice cubes). Let me tell you, IT WAS DELICIOUS! I was surprised how good it really tasted. I bought the Vanilla since that is usually a safe bet. I blended it into an icy drink consistency. I am a habitual snacker and this really curbed my cravings and kept me feeling full. I will be purchasing again!

Buttery vanilla flavor
For those who love a very strong, buttery vanilla taste, this is it! To me it’s a great vanilla taste but a bit too buttery/greasy, though not as much as Kachava, and too sweet. Not really a Kachava replacement since it does not have all the minerals, vitamins and nutrients Kachava has but a much more affordable alternative.

My first time trying this and I used it with Almond milk. I really enjoyed it. Look forward to using more of this product.
