You should be able to find one that will work from 5V. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Make sure to check plug polarity *by D***. on June 2, 2021* Bought it to use with a Sparkfun Thing Plus RP2040 - which required swapping the wires in the JST plastic plug. I don't know if this battery is opposite of the norm, or if Sparkfun switches the polarity to try to get you to buy batteries from them(battery price was fine, shipping $$ outrageous), but it only takes a pointy object and a few minutes time to swap the contacts in the plug to match the board's requirement.Seems to work perfectly fine, I hooked it up to the board - attached USB to the RP2040 and let it charge the battery. Unplugged the USB power source and left the board running off only the battery the rest of the afternoon. Admittedly it was running the base bootloader, which I believe has a very low idle power draw. ### ⭐ might be ok for mp3 player or phone but that's all *by S***N on December 7, 2019* Tried to use this on a tiny quadcopter. Props spun for a second and battery cuts out as soon as any throttle is applied. Evidently, this is an extremely low C rated battery. Not suitable for RC motors or any high drain application. Will be returning this. I might not have given this battery such a crap rating if the seller had bothered to list the C rating in the first place.
