Definitely helps improve weight gain. I found it very effective as it helped improve my appetite and energy as well. Drink enough water to avoid pimples and what not. Gained weight but with issue
First of all I could gained weight in few weeks but I also got pimples full of my face after having that and the delivery time takes so long, sometime even a month which disturb my fixed schedule. In some way Amazon is helpful but also so irritating at the same time.
