Great 9 x 13 pan for everything. I've been replacing my old pots, pans, and bakeware with ceramic ones, and if you're thinking about doing the same, just do it, you won't be sorry. These are the best for cooking and for cleaning, and they look very nice too. This is one of the brands I'm replacing my old with. I'm also buying Redchef and Sensarte.

I am pleasantly surprised. I used this pan to make a pineapple upside down cake. It came out of the pan perfectly. I see brownies in my future.
