Amazing product by Bissell, it's vaccums and mops effectively. It's been more than one year I am using this product and not a single complain. Only difficult task to get extra filter and vaccums roller which is not available online. There are product accessories available online but not Bissell brand so before ordering this product order extra accessories.

Over all it's good product it makes my life easier one product does it all, I even don't use my dyson v15 any more, this one is better if you have children with food all around the carpet and floor, it dose remove frish stains. However it doesn't remove old stain from the carpet. The battery life is good for my small house, I can clean all the house with one charge.

It was good at first; however, we immediately noticed that the self-cleaning function doesn't really clean. In a house with cats, we pretty much have to clean the tank, brush, and clear hair every time we use it. The clean water tank clips have broken (both) in a few months of use. Additionally, the suction power appears to have decreased, so we use it and then have to pick things up with our hands. Expected a better performance for that price.

جربت هذه المكنسة عيوبها انه خزان المياه صغير غرفتين ويفرغ ويجب اعادة تعبئته كما انها لا تنطوي وتدخل تحت الاثاث مثل النوع الثاني تينكو اما مميزاتها انها تعمل كمكنسة وتمسح بنفس الوقت وصوتها منخفض وسعرها يعتبر ارخص من مثيلاتها

Great for cleaning hard surfaces works really well. I only used it once so far. Also heard great reviews from other family and friends.

Very useful for apartments that has hard floors and pieces of shallow carpets for example, as it cleans both very good. battery drains so fast while using but for me its enough to finish the job living in an apartment.
