I read through many of the other mat reviews. With the reviews and price of OscenLife Grill Mat I decided I had nothing to lose. I have used them twice, once for brats and once for marinated shrimp. Both experiences on the grill were A+. With the brats I achieved nice grill marks and no flair ups, with the shrimp there was no need to skewer them. I simply scooped them on the mats and turned them after 2-3 minutes. Clean up is a breeze. I haven't used the dishwasher as a little soap and scrub brush takes 2 minutes to get them ready for the next time. I would purchase again! Review: Pleasantly surprised - I was skeptical when I bought this product but I thought I would give it a try because I was sick of things sticking to the grill or falling through. I was pleasantly surprised how well it worked. Grill marks still show up, food cooks evenly, and they clean up super easily. When I flipped the meat over and put ... *by M***. on August 31, 2017* I originally gave this product 2 stars, but because it did leave grill marks on the meat and the meat did cook well. I have changed my rating to 4 starts because of their amazing customer service team who was quick to see my review and contact me by e-mail to find out how they could do the right thing, which they did. They offered tips, a refund and follow up e-mails. Now a days, you do not get great customer service, but I have to say I was surprised. To update my review I will say the following...the first side cooked fine. When I flipped the meat over and put the bbq grill lid down after placing the meat on the mat it turned my meat a bit black on one side. I think I should have kept the lid up to cook the meat on the grill.
