G.Skill - F3-12800CL10D-16GBXL - 16 GB RipjaWSX - RAM memory (2 x 8 GB kit, DDR3-1600 MHz, PC3 12800, CL 10), Red

I have been using the memory for a few days now and everything seems to be ok. Two modules, 16 GB in total, the price is right and it was one of the cheapest options I could find. The G.Skill customer service was very efficient, replying to an email about compatibility in less than 24 hours and providing extra information.

This was the fastest ram for my motherboard and I bought 2 so I can have 32gb of ram in dual channel config. Please note that while it says it's 1600Mhz it's only that speed if you enable XMP on your motherboards bios screen (usually done by pressing delete key on boot up) If you want 1600Mhz please check your motherboards manual. Manuals can usually be found as a PDF online if you can't find your own one or it was a pre build. Want to find out what motherboard you have without opening the whole thing? Download a small program called CPU-Z. So just check to see in the manual if you can enable XMP so you can use the maximum speed of this ram. You can also enter the bios screen as I mentioned and check to see if you can toggle XMP on and off from there.

Not much to review here. Two sticks of ram in a kit totaling 16gb of DDR3 goodness. Works great with my recently purchased MSI Z87-G45 motherboard and Intel i5-4670 Haswell processor. So far I've had no problems at all with the entire setup, and this RAM has been doing it's job reliably. I do use 'sleep' quite a bit on my computer, and this RAM has not had any problems with power or coming out of sleep mode.Over clocked to 1600mhz no problem.

Looks good and easy to fit. Profile of the RAM isn't to high so won't interfere too much when it comes to fitting CPU coolers.

Perfect ram for my sons i5 sandy bridge 2500 he’s now getting 144fps through his 144hz monitor but he does have an 8gb gddr5 graphics card

great option for a ram upgrade, be wary if your case is small form factor though as the extra heat fins can get in the way.

I have these running in a Shuttle case alongside an i5 and 750 ti SC and my system can handle anything I've thrown at it with ease. Great straight out of the box and 16GB should future-proof for a few years to come.

as soon as they were fitted I could tell the difference ,16gb to 32gb .. my Boot up was alot faster not a few minutes like it normally is ... next time i think i'll do my Processor who knows ... but so far websites are so moving faster and not taking a while to load up .. i would recommend these defiantly ...

Can never have enough ram, had the first set running for 5 years and just added more for 32gb

This is Good RAM and I love G.Skill but the packaging could be improved or it could be delivered in a box rather than a padded envelope. In short, first order was DOA, replacement was sent immediately and worked great. If this is compatible with your system, it's a great set of memory for a decent price. Good buy. My kid wanted to upgrade his computer and had $100 of birthday money to spend so I got him this. First set that was delivered came with some damage to the plastic packaging (some cracks and dents) but the ram looked okay physically. I removed the old stick of ram and installed these. I turned the PSU back on and started the computer but it didn't boot up. Pulled the ram and reinstalled the old stick and the system was working again. I double checked that thesr specific memory modules were compatible with my system and they were so the ones that were delivered were just defective or, more likely, shocked in transit. I'm super careful handling any electronics parts. I have a dedicated grounding port that I connect my work surface to as well as my wrist strap. I'm very experienced at building my own systems so nothing I did damaged this, it was just DOA. Due to the quick replacement I am not taking any stars off of my review.
