This has been a game changer for my pcos and insulin resistance. I take 4 in the morning after breakfast. Easy to swallow, no side effects, no taste or after taste and well worth the money! Will be buying this again!

I am a loyal customer of this brand. I researched the ingredients and their forms against other brands and these came out on top for quality and effectiveness in the body. I purchased the vitamin D + k2 product a year ago when I was pregnant and needed it. I loved how much i got in a packet, how small the pill was and that it was effective. When I needed additional supplements because I started glp1 treatment and to manage and hopefully reverse pcos I was static to find this and others under this same brand with great quality ingredients and good effectiveness. You guys have my loyalty. I am on a budget and find this brand to be budget friendly but I care more about effectiveness and results and those two are hard to get especially with pcos so I am very happy.

I ordered this supplement because I had learned through research that inositol may be helpful for those in perimenopause (please note that I am currently using my husband's Amazon account to write this review, as I order items under his account instead of creating an account for myself). When I ordered this item, I was looking for the best price for the amount of supplement capsules, in addition for the item to be made in the USA. Although this bottle comes with 240 capsules, one serving is 4 of them in one day, which last only 60 days. I wished I had caught this beforehand because it has been a pain to take 4 capsules in one day for me and would have rather taken 1 or 2 capsules (from a previous brand, I was taking 2 capsules per day, which was more manageable but unfortunately is brand is not available on Amazon right now, which is why I purchased this brand/ item). If you are good about taking your medication and supplements on a scheduled time throughout the day, then maybe this product is for you, but it definitely isn't for me and wouldn't recommend it.
