The mix of gold and cream colors is beautiful, zippers glide smoothly, and the customer service is incredible. I had another one exactly like it, and the handle broke the second time I used it. There was no way to repair it, and unfortunately, was two days outside the date of returning it. However. I contacted customer service, explained what happened, sent a picture, and they replaced it without any problem. They were so nice, and I really appreciate this company, Montana West. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will shop there again.

I was SHOCKED and I do mean shocked. The packaging was impressive, especially for the price of the purse. It was in a nice box. Let’s talk about the purse. Just looking at it, it’s so cute. Now, it’s not Chanel puffy purse quality, but for the price point, it’s nice. It has plenty of room and compartments for all my stuff. Let’s talk about the shoulder straps. They are a pretty gold and do not look cheap or tacky. Now, before I end the review, I want to tell you. I am a purse snob. I love my high end bags. I enjoy quality, not the name brands, well maybe just a lil, but the quality. However, I will most definitely be purchasing more from this brand.
