Montana West MEDIUM Tote Bag for Women Quilted Chain Handbags Shoulder Purse

I love this purse! It's just the right size for everything needed when leaving the house. I couldn't believe the price for such a pretty bag. The mix of gold and cream colors is beautiful, zippers glide smoothly, and the customer service is incredible. I had another one exactly like it, and the handle broke the second time I used it. There was no way to repair it, and unfortunately, was two days outside the date of returning it. However. I contacted customer service, explained what happened, sent a picture, and they replaced it without any problem. They were so nice, and I really appreciate this company, Montana West. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, and will shop there again.

This tote is absolutely beautiful! The colors are so bright and the gold thread through out makes it look very expensive. It was well packaged to prevent creasing. Its' size is perfect for everyday and work. The strap is long enough to comfortably wear and stays on my shoulder. It's light weight. Very well made!

I was SHOCKED and I do mean shocked. The packaging was impressive, especially for the price of the purse. It was in a nice box. Let’s talk about the purse. Just looking at it, it’s so cute. Now, it’s not Chanel puffy purse quality, but for the price point, it’s nice. It has plenty of room and compartments for all my stuff. Let’s talk about the shoulder straps. They are a pretty gold and do not look cheap or tacky. Now, before I end the review, I want to tell you. I am a purse snob. I love my high end bags. I enjoy quality, not the name brands, well maybe just a lil, but the quality. However, I will most definitely be purchasing more from this brand.

The Black based one has very vivid colors meant for fall/winter use. The other two spring, summer & fall & tweed beige based maybe can span all four seadons with my beige & light colored long sleeved & sweaters. The only bummer is I missed the fact that none have metal loops with a coordinating shoulder strap! I like the variety if carrying options of both handles and should straps. As I’m very tall, over 6’ tsll & large busted the attached handles are a bit tight and not easily thrown on but I’ll get used to it as having Chanel-tweed looking bags are a requirement for my wardrobe and vibrant, high contrast style personality. Bummer! Other than that they are nice bags with internal pockets & two zipped areas. I’ve transferred some of my purse contents and inserted a separate bag organizer and they may be too much given the center full length zippered pocket. I’ll re-evaluate my contents & keep the beautiful bags. I wish these were in set format ir 3-5 bags all in coordinating tweeds based of of these totes! I’m always on the hunt for Chanel-looking purses in all sizes…easier said than done! I have a number of blazers, tops & full outfits to coordinate purses with many emulating the Chanel esthetic. I prefer to have more than the basics of black, brown, grey, white, red & cream/offwhite based tweeds. I’m creating a wardrobe catalog? to list/picture all configurations including these & all my accessories for easy reference eliminating most of the running around, hunting and trying on ten items before heading out the door work otherwise. In incorporating bag organizers really only works with wide open purses. For me A capsule wardrobe would be so mindlessly boring. My wardrobe catalog will provide efficiency…it has too as my wardrobe is beyond huge! As an extremely tall person previously stuck with limited options I am taking the opportunity to express myself via clothing for first & lasting impressions. If only I could find a tall resource for Chanel knock-off’s fir clotjing & costume jewelry as actual Chanel items are stratospherically priced! I have a lot of sourcing to do! I so miss Karl Langerfield’s designs. I’m not onboard with the new head designer’s direction. Note I didn't remove the shipping strap protectors as unsure if I will keep the black based on initially. The floral may not be from this seller but it is stunning!

I adore this purse. I've used it for the past 2.5 years -- but this has required re-buying the bag multiple times and doctoring it up inbetween! The way the straps connect to the purse body are just a flawed design. The clip and area around it need to be stronger material. After a few months, the strap breaks off from the purse itself. I've bought extra straps that clip on, and been able to get a few more months from them that way, but with mismatched straps and the area on the purse where the hook was getting more and more frayed and obviously damaged. Eventually there's just no material for the straps to clip onto and I re-buy, but the latest one I purchased snapped off in only TWO DAYS and I told myself no more, I can't keep re-buying this. But it breaks my heart because it's SO pretty! Please, Montana West, re-do the strap design and I will be a customer for life :)
