Never Buy
Windows would not allow my to exit S mode. The recommendations from Google were to reset the computer. When I tried to reset the computer, I received error messages that the windows 11 install and the SSD driver were corrupted. I spent 6 hours just trying to get the brand new laptop that I bought to even turn on. Now I have to return it and wait a week for it to be processed and refunded. Completely unacceptable.
