A: Hello,

This is normally cooked together with the rice. Takes like 1 tablespoon for a cup of rice. Recipes differ I would recommend google/youtube East Africa Pilau Recipe, there lots of them.

Habe den Tipp von einer kenianischen Freundin bekommen und es gleich bestellt und ausprobiert: Soooooo lecker, wenn man Cumin(Kreuzkümmel) Kardamom und Zimt mag). Hack&Zwiebeln anbraten (mit Salz und Knobi), Reis kochen und beides vermischen, ausreichend mit dem Gewürz bestreuen (bis es schön braun ist) und gut durchmischen, bisschen weiter garen, fertig, dazu Tomatensalat mit Zwiebeln (of course), Zitronensaft und eig. mit Koriander, aber ich habe diesen durch Petersilie ersetzt = superlecker und wirklich besonderer Geschmack.
