I bought this sofa because I needed something comfortable to relax on after long workdays, and I have to say, I absolutely love it. It’s very comfortable, the massage function works perfectly, and I can even fall asleep in it—haha! Putting it together is incredibly easy, though it is a bit heavy and takes up a moderate amount of space. What I like best is that it rocks like a rocking chair, so if you’re looking for a piece of furniture where you can spend hours on end, I definitely recommend this one. You won’t regret it; it’s totally worth the price.

Good chair but customer service is terrible! Zippers for arm rest don’t line up and one of the clasp were missing. You would’ve thought I’d asked for the world but they wanted pictures of the box!!! I already tossed it because it was so huge. So I put safety pins on the arm rests (both) to keep them on even tho they slide. I’ll never buy from this company again!

This is a nice chair for the money. Wasnt quite sure what to expect when I ordered it. It was a little bit harder than i thought it would be assembling it even though I had watched the video before i purchased it. I was able to refer back to that video to assemble. Fabric is nice and it is comfortable to sit in. The massage has multiple options and it does feel good. I received the metal cup holders not the black plastic but they work. My recline mechanism is a pull cord instead of the handle. So not sure how long that will last. It rocks real nice too, like gliding and you can spin around but with the remote plugged in you cant really spin all the way around. Overall not a bad chair. Im happy.

Fast delivery easy assembly extremely comfortable! The heat and massage feature is why I choose this recliner and the price point was right on budget. Definitely recommend

Haven't had these put together for more than about a week. Thoughts so far. Use of assembly: relatively speaking these were fairly straightforward to assemble, no I didn't do the assembly a friend of mine did but I watched. No tools required which made it straightforward. Packaging. The innovative collapsing of the armrests, which really wasn't 100% necessary, but does allow them to fit it all in one box. It's lighter weight than my previous recliner and therefore having all-in-one box isn't as much of an issue anyway. Reclining ability is mixed. Instead of a traditional lever or toggle on the side of the chair there is a plastic ring on the inside of the right armrest. I feel the biggest reason for this is the folding aspect of the arms to collapse it slightly that it doesn't allow for an easy way of having that traditional lever. It takes a bit of force to actually get it to release and it's a bit of a trick because you have to be trying to push back on the back when you release it to get it actually released. It talks about having multiple positions but it's basically just what happens when you do that. We ordered two of them, one for me and one for my wife and there's been a few times where one of us will have to lift the others foot rest up because it doesn't go all the way up and the only way to redo it is to close it up, which means you have to slam your foot into it down because there's no way to close it otherwise and then try again. The massage and the heat are helpful. I have a bad back if I am in bed too long and I've been able to come out and sit in material and recline and turn on the back and shoulder massage and sometimes the lumbar heat and it helps my back ease the stiffness quickly. So that's a definite plus. The ability for it to swivel is a plus but unfortunately it doesn't lock in place when you're reclined so unfortunately and this is really just a annoyance is when one of the dog bumps the footrest it swivels the chair and if I don't have something to grab onto to swing back I have to put the foot down reset and then recline. Overall for the money it's a decent recliner or if nothing else a chair to be used without reclining very it is comfortable once you get into it but the caveat to that is it's light enough that when you sit down it will slide easily.

I chose this chair to use as a nursing chair, and I really like it. It’s comfortable, reclines, swivels, and rocks smoothly, which makes it perfect for relaxing while feeding the baby. The cushioning feels soft and supportive, and it’s exactly what I was looking for.

Hard to assemble. The zipper for the back doesn’t work and we spent hours trying to get it to work. The chair is not comfortable. Leans too far back, the back pillow is hard and foot rest is too small. The only good thing I can say is the massage and heat work very well. It’s not what I really wanted.

ordered this chair on September 19 /2025 and already useless ,the massage and the heat quit and now the pull cable broke and now it has to stay reclined all the way not very good for seniors like us trying to sit in it ! and its also a serious safety issue .This $798.00 chair did not even last one year!!!!! a replacement would be greatly appreciated...

Es un sillón reclinable que conjuga lo mejor de su segmento: es de un tamaño adecuado, no tan voluminoso, pero lo suficientemente cómodo y funcional para alguien de 150 kgs y 1.80 metros. Excelente movilidad en lo reclinable, giratorio y mecedora. Las funciones de masaje y calefacción, son estupendas. La textura de la tela y el color combinan con todo tipo de muebles y decoración. Es fácil de armar y el envío fue muy rápido.

Pésima calidad, parece comprado en TEMU, pequeño, la calidad de los materiales dejan mucho que desear. Por ese precio haya comprado uno de mucho mejor calidad en alguna mueblería local. Nos engañaron con las fotos que usan

The round metal wheel that supports the chair broke only 10 months after purchase, causing a large scratch on my floor. I contacted the seller about the issue, but unfortunately, they were unwilling to resolve my concern. I would not recommend this product or seller.

They are ok. I bought 2 and one does not slide smoothly. And when reclined they feel like will tip over but don't.
