Can you use outdoor in a wet enviorment AKA pool tile outside of pool?

1. Is this water cleanup and 2. Can it be put into a high-pressure Injector as I have read it leaks out the back of the tubes?

Yes, Fix-A-Floor can be used in high a pressure injector, the tubes can leak if not used properly, the tube must be opened by unscrewing the tip off the tube, puncture tube itself and screw tip back on tube, the cap on the tip must be pulled off and the tip should be cut to size or cleared at end if needed.
