High dose, take with cations
Be aware, this is pretty high dose for most. I was taken it for a while but then had weird feeling around my heart and my pulse was higher ( cone and go). I thought there is something with my heart. Doctor listen my heart and KG was normal, but uncomfortable feelings were in the area of my heart. Finally I figured it’s because of this supplement. I stoped and in couple of days symptoms stopped. This is a great product but be aware of the dose, it’s high. If you take too long high dose, it will build up in your system and might create problems instead of benefits.

Un producto realmente bueno, fácil de tragar ya que no me va lastimando la garganta, me ayuda mucho para la digestión ya que tengo el problemas al digerir y el descanso ha mejorado muchísimo no al punto de causar somnolencia sino que al ir a la cama logro conciliar el sueño más rápido y sin despertares a media noche. Lo recomiendo

It works!
I couldn't tell it was working until I stopped. My feet and legs cramps start back almost immediately. As soon as I got my order and took my dose at bedtime...no more cramps 🤩 I stand long hours and work on my yard walking all over 10 acres. Without this supplement, I can barely get rest from the leg/foot cramps. I'm sure it helps with more but this is my experience.
