Chefman Electric Kettle with Temperature Control
This electric kettle is amazing. It seems well made and works and looks great. Although I like tea, I see myself drinking a lot of hot water which I am told is good for me. I usually don't fill it to the full 1.8 liters, but more like .5 liters which brings me to another point. There are a few measuring marks on the glass that are easy to read. Only filling partly way I think makes it heating quickly. Also the temperature control is awesome as I don't need or drink 212F water all the time and if I want to make 190 or 180F I can, which I think is great. This is very convenient, great value for the money and I highly recommend!!!!

Cool Features
Plain awesome, with preset LED indicators and different temperature settings. Heats up very quickly. I take great comfort in the fact that it has an auto shut off feature. As soon as the liquid reaches the set temperature it shuts off automatically, a good safety feature. I was also taken a back at the size, much bigger that I expected. Looks good and worth the money. Highly recommend.

Fast and easy
Best kettle I've ever had! Even better than my stainless steel tea pot! It heats up fast in less than 2 to 3 min! Its great for making hot tea if your in a hurry. Super easy to clean too. Its a good size ,not too big. Very durable and strong. Holds a lot of hot water . I give it 5 stars because my husband loves to use it daily for herbal tea. So if you love making hot drinks this is the best kettle for it . Fl

Love the infuser!
This works well and is fast to reach temperature. It is a little difficult to clean as you have to watch out that you don't get the lower part of the caraff wet. I gave mine 4 stars because it doesn't signal me when it reaches the maximum temperature and it just keeps on heating, doesn't cut back to a hold/warm setting. I don't know if it is just this particular unit or the way they all are. I do like the lid that comes off completely as it makes cleaning so much easier. Be careful to turn the lid and lock it in place when you put it on or you might have it come flying off as you pour your heated water. The included infuser has microfine holes that let the water in to steep the tea or coffee, without letting any of the leaves or grounds seep out into the beverage.

The best kettle I’ve bought so far
I got this kettle to use with different loose leaf teas. My previous kettles only boil water without different temps. The lower temps are best for green teas and the low setting is perfect for it. I’ve used this kettle multiple times so far and its temp has always been perfect. The cord is long enough to move it around my counter where I need to put it. The material has a little more plastic than I’d like but so far no issues. It boils the water quickly and the colors for the different temps help out to differentiate the temps. It’s really easy to use and the handle keeps you safe from getting burnt. Overall this kettle is a great buy and I’d definitely buy this again. Pros Works great Easy to use Color changing feature for temp is awesome Cons A little more plastic then I’d like but not a big issue

Hot water fast!
Probably my favorite purchase this year! This kettle is AMAZING! Its so easy to use! The water heats up so quickly, its been a game changer in my house. I love the different temperature settings and having hot water within minutes. The auto shutoff is nice and it retains the heat even after being off for about 20 minutes. Ive had it about 2 weeks now and absolutely loves it. My father came over today and was eyeballing it pretty hard and he was impressed when I showed him how quickly it heated up water. The infuser is a nice touch as well. I haven't noticed any smell coming from it at this time, which is always nice.

Wise, versatile, cool gadget for your kitchen!
We wanted a kettle after seeing them in room tours of fancy hotels so we scoured Amazon for the best one, and let me tell you, this is it! We got in 2 days, packaged well, everything in tact. Saw a couple reviews with bad packaging, but this was insulated with flat packs and a little sytrofoam, no complaints. The kettle has 5 different color settings depending on type of tea or coffee. We used the red as instructed for initial cleans and first batch. The purple for coffee is the most common we use, it works with our oatmeal also. The green setting and blue settings haven't been used yet but the lights look hella cool. All in all, this is a great purchase, worth the value at $30 and a good investment to your kitchen. We certainly enjoy and hope you do too! ☕️🫖💪

Works fine
The pot works well overall, and I really appreciate that the lid comes completely off—it makes cleaning much easier. The diffuser is also simple to remove and put back in, which is a nice touch. What I don’t like is that the keep-warm function isn’t truly adjustable. You can turn it on, but it brings the water to a boil and then keeps it just below that temperature. So if you’re hoping to hold the water at something like 175°F, that’s not an option. I also don’t like that the beeping sound can only be turned off when the temperature is set to 212°F. This is my second Chefman kettle. The brand seems to be good, I just the keep warm feature was better and you could turn off the beeping sound.

Literally love this kettle. The only thing is that the steeper isn’t going down deep enough into the machine, which means if I want to brew coffee, I have to brew a whole pot of coffee or else the water won’t reach the coffee grinds in the filter as well as tea if I want to brew tea, I have to brew two or three bags at a time in order for the tea to reach the water. Can’t just make one cup, which is kind of annoying other than that the kettle is great. And beautiful the lights are cute. It works really fast. The water boils extremely quickly. I find the ability to hide this cord in a circle underneath the plate is also a nice feature. It says on my counter and stops me from having to worry about getting knocked over people have said that the kettle is wobbly while it’s on the plate, but that’s only because the plate is light and when there’s no water in the kettle, it isn’t really wobbly. It’s just not securely flat because of the cord being on the bottom, it would be impossible for it to be flat but when there’s water in the kettle, there’s nothing it’s not wobbly at all. If you’re worried about a wobbly kettle, don’t leave water on the pot after a boil take it off and put it on the counter. It could be warm the glasses warm the handle is not warm so when you have boiled water and you wanna take it off the plate so it’s not wobbly just put it on top of a pot holder. Delivery came fast by the way. As well, you might wanna consider buying the one that’s like new condition they state that you might not get a box or packaging, but I got everything that everybody else gets. I checked online the box the wrapping, and the it was not sealed yet it looked new. Perfect condition and I got money off for because it was opened already.

People who live in high-altitude areas should avoid buying this kettle. When I lived in Winnipeg, this kettle worked great. However, after moving to Calgary, I found that I couldn't set this kettle to 212°F. The auto shut-down function doesn't work in this area because the water can't reach 212°F, even though it's still boiling. However, after setting the kettle to 200°F, I found that it did boil the water effectively and the auto shut-down function worked. This indicates that at high altitudes, where water boils at a lower temperature, setting the kettle to 200°F can still produce boiling water and ensure safety. If you live in a high-altitude area and are considering this kettle, be prepared to adjust the temperature settings accordingly.

I make a lot of herbal, black and green teas and this kettle is a godsend. It has a really fine mesh diffuser that attaches to the lid but most important for proper tea making, it has a range of temperature settings so can boil water at 100 for coffee, 80 for matcha tea and 90 for loose leaf tea. I liked it so much I bought one for a friend who makes a lot of Chinese herbal teas. Oh, the only thing I would say is to be careful with the infuser, it is, quite rightly, so thin it will not bear rough handling. That's not a criticism, it's a recommendation.
