All the fan remote not working not able to control the speed
Remote not working for this fan and when informed asked to return the product. Its difficult to remove and send back after installation.brought two fans both have the same issue. They should have a service team to come and fix auch issues.

Mera sabhi se nivedan hai ki is product/seller se bilkul door rahein. Fraud jaisa feel ho raha hai. Total waste of time and money!Mujhe ye product receive hua aur iski quality bilkul kharab (defective/damaged) hai. Product jaisa photo me dikhaya gaya tha, waisa bilkul nahi hai.Sabse bada masla iski customer service ka hai. Maine replacement/return ke liye request dali, lekin din beetne ke baad bhi koi return pickup karne nahi aaya. Multiple times follow-up karne ke bawajood na toh mera product return liya ja raha hai aur na hi mera refund process kiya ja raha hai.

The fan rotating Anticlockwise thus Technically it is not throwing the air. Seems like it has manufacturing fault, the company doesn't ferfom the quality check.
