I put 2 layers because my windows should be double paned but they're not. I live in texas so with half my windows covered in 2 layers and temps already in triple digits it's gets slightly warm inside at the hottest part of the day but at night will freeze me out and as soon as all my windows are done it'll be even better. Sadly my trailer is metal I can't stop the walls from warming up but the loss of cool air from windows has stopped and my power bill is better. Buy the aluminum tape separately the tape that comes with the bundle does no5 hold up well at all. If you have lots of windows the bundle is a great way to get more for your money.

I put up in my camper and it blocks the sun rays. It stays a lot cooler now.

I am building a 1947 Ford Coupe and this product should work very well inside the body to get less noise and heat transfer! It will stick to the metal with good spray on glue because the alum. coating is not loose like other brands! I like the product, But, They did NOT send the tape and tools that I payed for that they advertised with the product!
