I’m not kidding when I say, in a matter of minutes I felt with so much energy. I put the baby down to slee and cleaned my kitchen, the bathroom and room, And I still had so much energy. It wasn’t like those energy drinks, no jittery feeling. I will definitely had to add to my oJ next time, the flavor isn’t the greatest, but honestly it’s worth it.

I've been using B12 for over a decade, I have always bought/used the ones that come with the dropper to squirt under the tongue. I thought this would save on waste and money by refilling an reusing my bottle I have, but this stuff is thick and has a awful taste and smell. To be honest though I've never ventured out from buying the medicine dropper kind so maybe this is normal. Plus, if your buying it for the same reason I did then beware because it also STAINS anything it touches and this is not a exaggeration, it got all over my bed and hands and didn't want to come off! Only reason that happened though is because the bottle was broke when I opened my package.
