Natural 100% Pure Olive Oil Soap Dalan Turkish Bath handmade Turkey x 10 Bars

This is my favourite soap. I bought it at first for washing artists oil paint out of my brushes (which it does very well thanks to the olive oil content). Then I used it for my DIY hands and it removes varnish from skin kindly and efficiently - why do I never wear gloves? And now it has replaced my shower gel and I use it for my whole body. I really like how creamy the soap is, it isn’t drying to the skin, is a ‘hard’ soap so it lasts for ages, staying as a nice rectangular block. Yes, the citronella smell is strong but it doesn’t persist on the skin and I’ve got used to it now. When the soap arrives I unpack it and stack in the cupboard. The blocks are quite large compared to supermarket soaps and is obviously packed fresh so is a wee bit soft. The smell fills the bathroom for a day or two. But I’ve found that after some weeks the smell on the soap goes away and the soap hardens up very nicely. This is proper olive oil soap and bargain priced.

I love these soaps and I have made multiple purchases of them. The quality is great, silky smooth and lathers very well. I like the scent of it a more natural scent than perfumed soaps. Excellent value for money they last a long time.

Perfect total body cleanser .. no chemicals.. no other cleansing product necessary for personal hygiene 💇‍♀️ .. natural odour is a bonus .. excellent value for money is another .. used it for years 🫒

I constantly use olive oil soap. This brand of olive oil soap is on my list.

A good choice especially if you don’t like conventional perfumed soap

I bought this on the basis that it was Pure Olive Oil Soap and my regular brand (which IS pure and very gentle) was overly expensive on this site. Used it for first time today and it left my skin feeling taut, dry and itchy. I checked the ingredients - Sodium olivate is the pure soap - saponified olive oil. Aqua (water) yes that's fine too. Sodium chloride - salt - a hardener. Cymbopogon Nardus Oil (Citronella), Pinus Palustris Oil (Pine oil), Isobornyl Acetate is a chemical perfume additive and Biphenyl Ether is known to cause sin irritation. Absolutely NOT Pure Olive oil soap at all. I bought 10 bars of the stuff and this seemed like a great idea to save money. I will not use it and frankly feel mis-sold.

I was just checking whether to reorder this soap. I got 10 bars in November '19. So 6 months ago. Only I use it and its only for bathing. I bath at least once every day. I have 3 1/2 bars left, so each bar is lasting about a month. Our water is soft. Once you get used to the slight pine smell, this is an OK utility soap. It is made from olive oil - many soaps use animal fat base. I have noticed considerably less "scum" residue since I started using this. I am surprised how long its been since I bought it. I intend to buy the product again - in July. Very good value.

Nos parece un producto estupendo, es suave y huele a jabón como el de antes. Lo compramos porque un jardinero nos dijo que para combatir un parasito que le habia salido a nuestros plantas en sus hojas lo mejor era diluir un poco de jabon en agua y con un difusor aplicarselo, pero para que fuera efectivo el jabón debia ser natural, es decir, contener sosa caustica, porque lo que mataba al parasito era la cal. Los jabones que habiamos probado hasta ese momento, incluido el de alepo y el jabon lagarto, no terminaban de solucionarnos el problema, quizas porque contienen demasiada glicerina y otros componentes aromaticos. Este jabón nos lo ha resuelto con una sola aplicación. Recomendamos su compra.

Ausgezeichnete Seife, angenehmer Zitronengeruch. Ich empfehle es allen, die nach naturischen Kosmetika suchen.
