Better than a neck strap for sleep apnea.
I have sleep apnea and wearing this brace at night helps keep my mouth closed better than a chin strap ever did so I get the best help from my machine I would recommend it vs any chin strap your doctor will says you have to sleep with. Bonus my neck does not hurt in. The morning’s

Helps so much
As a single mum I am prone to over doing things but I can't rest and recuperate. I do try to take it easy, but it's not always an option. This neck brace is restrictive and supportive enough to allow my neck to recover whilst I am still able to get things done.
