I have multiple sclerosis, which makes it hard for me to swallow liquids periodically. The small mouth design on these work very well and help me get past that issue; I'm not sure just why, but it really helps. The simple design with the stainless steel lining and the lid being without a lot of small parts that have to be taken apart to really clean, makes this a no-brainer. I am ordering two more of them right now and will probably add another two a bit later. They are inexpensive when compared to other brands (like Stanley, which is a good bottle but a lot more moolah to get your hands on it) and they perform very well. I use them almost exclusively for cold liquids including water, milk and juice, all of which I prefer to be almost ice cold; these bottles keep the liquid cold for almost a complete day (24 hours) and that means I don't have to switch the warmish bottle with a fresh cold one from the fridge so often. Also, they hold a full 16 ounces of liquid so staying hydrated is relatively easy.
