The PDF manual with the listing for the 12U rack is not the correct one. Does anyone have a link to the 12U?

You can contact the store's after-sales service, tell them your order number, and provide photos, and they will help you solve the problem.

100 lbs, 150 lbs, 200 lbs, 500lbs. These load capacity numbers are contradictory and all over the place. Care to explain?

Looks like it's because of the different sizes they offer. 500 on the ground(flat or on wheels), but 200 for wall mount. With 3 or 4 sizes, and a foreign company, it's no surprise the description is everywhere. The directions are rough.

Can it mount a dell r630 i am afraid for the legth?

This rack can mount a Dell r630.

How many pallets can I add to this rack in addition to the 2 it comes with...if so...where can I buy more??

you mean rack shelves? 12U worth... buy on amazon or locally.
