this stuff taste like crap nasty taste wish I could get my 64 dollars back what a waste of money dont buy this stuff

I chose this product because it seemed to have a lot of supportive ingredients and probiotics AND it's made in a certified GMP facility, which made me feel comfortable using it even though it's not a major named brand. The powder dissolved easily in my water and it was easy to scoop the powder with the provided scooper and stir it in my water. I found that taking it in water didn't work well for my stomach. I have to take supplements with food or I'll feel nausea, and this one is no different. I think it would work well added to a fruit smoothie. I sometimes take mushroom supplements like Reishi, and this powder seemed to give me a bit of energy like those do. I didn't personally notice any major differences beyond what mushroom supplements provide, but your mileage may vary
