High calcium content and good flavor
This is different from my original liquid but the flavor is good and the calcium is the same so it is okay.

Smarties candy flavor
Arrived safe and intact. The flavor is ok if you like orange. The orange taste reminds me of the Smarties candy.

Generally good product
This is our second order of this product. Tastes great, seems to do the job. The order was delivered well packaged, however this time the outside of the bottle was covered with dried product. I was concerned that the bottle was leaking & check for the same, but it seemed OK. It appears that this may have been the result of a mechanical failure in filling and very poor manufacturing QC (I hope).

What really makes a difference
It's so much better with both calcium and magnesium together in liquid form, so easy to take. The fact that it absorbs faster is better for you and the taste is not really bad.

Glass Bottle is a huge hassle !
This 32 fl. oz glass bottle is terribly difficult to deal with. The first time it was delivered it had broken & spread its contents all over the other products in the box. The second time it did arrive in 1 piece but we realized that for a woman with small or arthritic hands, it will be a real challenge to deal with it. It has to be shaken twice a day (2 Tbsp. doses /day) & holding on to it & shaking it could be difficult! It should be offered in a lightweight plastic-type container with a HANDLE & a small closeable opening so it can easily & safely be shaken & poured into a tablespoon. And 2x a day ? We're having to pour it into a 1/2 gal milk jug so it can be manipulated. I'm still considering asking for a well-deserved refund !

Liquid Magnesium tastes great, helps my nervous system to relax.
Calms my nervous system for sleep. However recent findings say-It is generally recommended to take high-dose calcium and magnesium supplements 2–4 hours apart, as they can compete for absorption, reducing efficacy. However, taking them together is safe and often beneficial (e.g., in combined formulas) for bone health, provided the doses are not excessively high, which can hinder absorption.
