I'm 6'0 and appx 155 -160 lbs, athletic build, and the size 'Medium' fits excellent. These are comfortable on long rides, and the quality, fit, comfort is just about on par with my Pearl Izumi, Endura, and other pricier bibs. These things are extremely comfortable from top to bottom, and stay in place. To be honest, I'm so impressed with these bibs that I'm on the fence of ever spending good money on the ones that cost 4 - 5x more. These are far too good to justify two hundred bucks more for something that may be marginally better. Definitely '2 thumbs up' in my book!

I'm 5'8" and 175 lbs and the large size is snug. I don't think the shoulder straps would fit on anyone taller than I am. Consider ordering a size up. The padding is very generous is the right places, You can feel where the high density foam is. The chamois is stitched into place with a flat stitch and I can't feel any seams or have any irritation. The colorful leg grippers are a bit much but they function well as they are silicone rubber backed. The front of the bibs come up to about halfway between my navel and my rib cage. Could be a little lower for restroom breaks but you can pull it down far enough. Pretty great value considering the price.

I have purchased other bike bibs from this company. They have always been comfortable, although not as durable as other brands. I purchased this particular pair as it had a better pad and a few features that the last pair did not have. They are very comfortable, but there is a loose thread. I am buying it with the expectation that I will only get a year or two out of it. With that expectation and considering the cost, I would recommend it. UPDATE: I had two pairs of these. Super comfortable as mentioned above, but both pairs wore out fairly quickly in the same areas; in the seat and the threads in the leg grips. I ride almost every day. These two pairs were in my regular rotation and would estimate I got 40 rides/washes out of each pair.
