These 8-way lead acid battery terminal connectors are well-built and fit a wide range of wire sizes from 8AWG to 4/0 (XL) AWG. They are clearly labeled for positive and negative terminals, making installation easy. The clamps hold the cables tightly and ensure solid contact. Great for SAE, DIN, and EN applications — I used them for my AGM battery setup and they worked perfectly. Highly recommended for automotive or solar projects!

These would have been great for my Jeep because of the ability to connect multiple accessories to the terminals. Unfortunately, I have a normal size battery with normal size anodes and these have extremely small connectors. Waste of money.

At first I was optimistic about these clamps. I checked my galvanic corrosion chart and found that aluminum and lead can be paired without too much corrosion (unlike the copper clamps that came with my vehicle). But the designer of these clamps didn't know the configuration of almost every battery post in the known universe -- they're tapered. These clamps do not have a matching taper. They have a straight thru-hole that doesn't even allow minimal surface contact for current to flow easily. It's like the designer didn't even even look a battery before sitting down with his CAD software to make these things. And then didn't even attempt to perform a test fit on a typical battery. Look elsewhere if you want a conforming product.

+ pos hole is to small and yes I used the + one. Negative has a smaller post. I tried to open it up some with no luck. I had to beat it onto the post. Past that I liked them.

Does not fit battery posts. You have to stretch them open and then the screw does not want to go in.
