Will this hold a small laptop?

It is a small bag. My Lenovo does not fit, my Mac does. Anything larger than 12/13” across will not fit.

Does the bag tend to fall forward when you're not holding it upright? The front feet appear to be closer to the middle than the front.

Is it stackable? I want something that will go on top of a larger piece of luggage but roll as one.

Does this work for basic economy with United?

I took it to Hawaii in March. Delta had no problems with it going out and coming back. However, American Airlines required me to put it in the overhead bin that same month. The flight attendants were terrible though so it may have been them and not the AA policy.
