Easy to put together and adjust for rider..

I love this bike. The color is a fantastic red, not pinkish or orangy in any way. It is the perfect height and the seat is comfortable. The basket is a little smaller than expected, as I wanted to be able to take my chihuahua/terrier mix with me on bike rides. She is a muscular 22lbs and would not be comfortable crammed in that basket but I can replace that easily enough. I like the metal rack on the back and the extra supports that go down to the wheels for the basket and rack. I’m a little concerned that the very narrow tires will not last though. The rear one was already flat when the bike arrived. I’m not sure if these can be replaced with thicker tires or not but it’s not a terribly huge concern for me as a casual rider. Overall, this bike was all that I was hoping for and I am pleased with it.

I liked the color (red) and it was nice and shiny. It was difficult to put together. You need to be very mechanically oriented to do on your own. If your not, you may consider prior assembly. I never thought about weight for bikes. This has a lower weight tolerance. Beyond that it is a really nice bike.

Arrived on time and easy to put together. Well made bicycle

Where to begin…might as well not even bother giving instructions. The ones they give you are not helpful. The video is just as bad. I’ve put together a swing set, trampoline and furniture by myself with no issues. This bike on the other hand is cheap and there’s very little instruction on how to build this. I noticed paint chipping and marks when I took it out of the box, pieces are bent or already falling apart and the tires are so thin they look like they will pop if you hit the tinniest bump. I reached out to customer service for new parts and their response was vague and just said they will let their staff know for the future. I can’t get a refund because it’s out of the return window. I’m ready to just call it a loss and give up. It’s a piece of junk. DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE

I like the way the bike looks. Look exactly like the image, however assembling it was very hard. And it’s also really big in size so I would recommend knowing which size you want to order. I had issues assembling, especially the front part of the bike where the handles are specifically where the handle and the front of the bikes connect. I’ve had it in my house for a while now, and I haven’t been able to drive it because of it.

It’s perfect for my daughter to ride to school

Decent bike. Good value. Had a small issue when bicycle arrived and got in touch with seller. FANTASTIC customer service. They immediately sent the offending part. Rare customer care in today’s time. Will definitely be doing business with them again if the opportunity presents itself.
