*UPDATE*I contacted them about this issue and they sent a replacement unit to me. I got this same problem again and yet they sent another (the second) replacement unit to me for free ! The product I received was not fit in to my Surface Laptop 2 because the Mini Display port is not aligned with me laptop.I raised an issue and they gave me a new one. Great support there. However, the one they sent is not working and the issue is the same. MINI DISPLAY PORT IS NOT ALIGNED.I know that there is a new version with a new logo and that might be fit. But I think this product should not be labeled as “for Surface Laptop 2” if it doesn’t fit. So I don’t have to waste my money on this.

Being a big Apple fan, I was really not sure how a Surface Computer would work out. I own 6 Macs including iMac, MacBook Pros and Mac Minis and they have never disappointed me. Upon receiving the Surface Computer, I am quite surprise with the performance and versatility. The only complaint I have is the lacking of ports. Since I am on the road 50% of the time, I do not want to carry a lot of adapters and accessories. I went to Amazon and hoping to find an adapter that would give me micro SD slot, HDMI, USB, VGA and Ethernet port. This adapter gives me everything I need with the exception of a VGA connection. I bought a HDMI to VGA adapter to solve this issue. So far, I am very pleased with this little unit. My only complaint about this unit is the black color does not match the silver color of my Surface Computer. So far, I have tried the micro SD slot, USB, Ethernet, and the HDMI and I have no problem with these ports. I think this is probably the best option out there for the Surface Computer.

Probably a great product but it does not fit on the surface laptop 2.

I bought this adapter for my surface laptop and it fit very well, but when I tried to use the HDMI port it did not work. I was very disappointed with this product. I waited and waited for this to come and when it did I was happy that one adapter that I bought would work but then when I tried to use it, it did not work at all.

I am in love with this hub. It is perfect for travel! It has a port for everything I use. It came with a carrying zip case for travel. It is slightly thicker than my Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 so it has a small left on the left side of my laptop. Other than that I am in love with it and I am so happy I splurged on my self for once and got something I not only wanted...but NEEDED!

Horrible customer service. Overall I liked this product initially. Decent price, very sleek and fits in nicely with the Surface Laptop. Especially good if you want to declutter your workspace and avoid bulky docks.But I had problems with this adapter from Day 1. It initially stopped me from hearing audio when I plugged it in but that was fixed when I changed the speaker setting. But when I made that change, the microphone disabled and people couldn’t hear me on video calls.I’ve now had this adapter for 4 weeks. I had to unplug it and it’s sitting there being useless. I reached out to customer service and they responded initially then never followed up. It took them several days to respond to my ticket and now I’ve been on hold for weeks so I went and opened a second ticket. All of this for what should be basic troubleshooting is unacceptable.

Received my Microsoft Adapter this weekend, delivery was quick as I required this for work. It provided me with all necessary ports in one adapter making it extremely convenient and efficient. It fits and works perfectly with my Surface 2 laptop.

I bought a new surface laptop for work. I mostly do spreadsheets, presentations, Internet and email. Boring stuff.The problem with the surface laptop is that to make it small, they remove all the ports.This thing gave me my ports back! I needed it for HDMI last week during a meeting. It also has gigabit Ethernet, which would be cool next time I’m traveling.Most importantly, it looks like it fits in perfectly with the surface, doesn’t look like a janky add on or anything.

I am very satisfied with my item. I've been looking for a similar item for a while now for my new laptop. To be honest, I can't believe how fast this item arrived at my doorstep. Plus it was delivered on a Sunday :-)

輸入品とのことで随分待ちました。ようやく届いてセットしてみたら、入らないのです。3箇所挿入口があるのですが、真ん中の部分がズレていてどうしようもありませんでした。その旨をショップさんに連絡したところ、迅速かつ丁寧に対応、返金してくださいました。商品は本当に残念でしたが、ショップさんの対応は良かったので救われました。

I don't know how a product that's specifically designed for a Surface two doesn't fit into a surface 2, but here we are. The aux and USB line up, but the mini display port is slightly too close to the USB and it does not allow all three to fit at the same time.

Great product! I’d have been in big trouble without it, the Microsoft Laptop had two ports. This was a great find, works perfectly!
