Great design, brilliant product! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works well, small form factor, finicky to clean. *by C***L on July 1, 2026* Perfect size for one person without much kitchen storage space. I really like the form factor as it's about the same size as an immersion blender. It works well and is rather quiet in operation. The ice cream recipes in the operations manual are not very good. I'd recommend finding a better base recipe, making more than a cup, then filling the containers up and freezing all of them and doing add-ins when you want ice cream. Cleaning however, is finicky and you really need 3 hands! You have to push the spring loaded mixer out to clean the blades, and not get water into the attachment. So... one hand to hold the barrel, one to push the spring loaded mixer to get the blades out, one hand to wipe it clean. Each time I've used it, I've tried a different method to clean it. The best way I've found, is to run your sink water really hot, push the blades out and run hot water over them.
