Works for everything, and weighs nothing
OH my goodness. What a blessing this was. Traveling with four other gals, and everyone was using my converter! This was the best converter I've ever used. Worked for everything, and I loved how it had charging capability for all phones directly without having to use the actual port. This is a must have for all travel. It's light, makes zero noise like my last one, feels like it will last a long time, and never got hot!

No issues first time out.
Took this on a recent trip to the UK. Instructions are unclear how to plug the two prong cord into the adapter, but because there are only two possible orientations it was a coin flip. It works seamlessly for ac appliances but seemed to charge my IPad slowly on the USB-c connection.

Fantastic device!
Wonderful device. This came in a nice mesh pouch that made it easy to carry the device and a couple of plugs for the countries I was visiting. With so many sockets myself and my wife never ran out of ports. When she did her hot hair straightener a fan would come on as needed to cool the interior so it never had to stop to cool down.

Doesn’t work with (my) heating pads
Got this for trip to Spain. Particularly in case I need to use a heating pad which requires convection 210-220 to 110-120v. The converter was tested in the US. uSB ports worked great and an iPad through an Apple NIS through the AC output was good. BUT I tested 2 heating pads rated 85 watts and neither worked. AI helped me through to process and the conclusion is that the converter, although otherwise nice, was not going to support my heating pads which was the reason I got this rather than an adapter and my USB hub. Too bad for me.
