This is exactly as described, which is awesome. The faucet swivels, the hot and cold are clearly marked, the included drain is pop-up. Installation was super easy, and the instructions were CLEAR!! You will need to get a new washer and nut to screw into your p trap, but that’s easily purchased at your local big box store. Just be sure to line up the hole in the drain with your overflow (if your sink has one). Otherwise, you’ll block the overflow, it won’t flow, and the overflow will become disgusting over the years. Anyways - great purchase, I’m very happy with it.

I installed this very easily, my first faucet install ever too. My U trap was gross, made sure to clean that out. Everything was gross in this old sink honestly, cleaning the old gunk out was the worst part. My old drain had a lot of putty under it I made sure to clean out. I also cleaned out the sinks overflow drain tunnel with a wire and a brush, while running water through, draining out onto a towel. Once I had my sink prepared for the install, it was easy. No putty required. The o-rings on the drain are solid, I have had zero leaks. I like the stopper, it is a push up and down mechanism that opens and closes the drain, no pull up stopper bar to install. You can also just pull the entire stopper mechanism out of the drain, and it has a catch you can clean out. The faucet looks sleek, and it can rotate. The water comes out nicely. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this to replace a 40 year old faucet in my father's house. It was a straightforward install, anyone can do this. Getting the old one out was another story. It is well made, and the finish is nice. I won't amuse you with the pictures if it installed on the 40 year old, stylish..."pink" bathroom sink though. If I had any gripes, it would be a couple: 1. The aerator has a lip around the top where is meets the spout. And the spout has a smaller but similar lip nearer to the base. This makes it really tough to keep clean, and it acts to collect everything from shaving clippings to excess soap, etc. It's not a smooth transition, so the grooves trap a lot of gunk. 2. I have to point out the similar problem with the handles attaching to the base. There is this gap between the bottom of the handles and the base. Big enough to trap gunk, but too small to clean off easily with a paper towel. You have to get the hex key, take the handles off, then clean underneath them, then put them back on. IMO, this could have been easily avoided by including a plastic washer to fill the gap between the handle and the base. It would not affect the functionality, but would definitely make it easier to clean. I plan to make some of my own to fill that gap, and possibly find a different aerator that sits flush with the end of the spout. It looks nice, but after using it for awhile, it's little things like that, which show up, and can be improved on by the manufacturer if they choose to. It looks great, but those minor details are a considerable downside. Other than those design issues, I've been happy with the installation and use.

Recently installed this easy-as-pie faucet kit! Honestly it was more of a pain to take out the old stuff. This kit is simple to install, effectively transforming our dated sink into a more modern statement. The sink head swivels which was a nice surprise that I missed in the description. The water flow is strong. If you would like to install a low flow faucet head, the current head easily twists off. So far, most of the seals are water tight! The only one I noticed was an insignificant drip when the stopper is pushed closed. I can just barely hear an occasional drip when the sink is full of water. I am not concerned about that in the slightest, considering it is far more effective at keeping the water in the sink compared to our last one. The tail pipe is plastic, which will make the disassembly for any future homeowner easier. A small wrench is helpful for install, but no giant pipe wrench is required for install. Depending on what you have currently, you might need one for you old drain pipe. Overall, very pleased with it and we shall see if it stands the test of time!

This looks and works perfect. In my 1968 built house I used to get hot water within 10-15 seconds. This modern faucet is so restricted that it take around 45 seconds to get hot water to it. Not a fault of the faucet. Just the low flow regulations. I unscrews the cap of the stem and it works great again. I might try to remove all the screens and limiters from the cap someday. It's a great set that unfortunately has to obey modern laws.
