One size fits all, I never like & am full figured, so not a great choice for me & it didn't give waist size. The elastic waist measures 22" & expands to over 40". It will look better on a smaller figured woman to young teen from XS to Medium/size 10-US max.& small waist & VERY flat tummy, because the netting is full. The model in the picture is likely an XS gal. This one is a bit small, vs. another I bought in all green with elastic measuring 29" before expanding. Not sure I'll keep it for a humorous heavy looking clown costume or see if my skinny daughter can use it vs. return it.
