Great source of clean Protein!
This protein powder is excellent for a good source of clean, sugar free protein. It does not cause bloating and the flavors are delicious!

Don't worry about the Prop 65 warning
I haven't seen any other review mention it, so I wanted to address the California prop 65 lead exposure warning that comes on the bag. It appears to be a preventative measure to guard against litigation liability in sue-happy California. The product itself is independently tested by an ISO-accredited lab and mine tested at zero lead content. Same for mercury, arsenic, and cadmium. Back in 2024, there was some trace lead detected in some batches of chocolate flavor, but recent batches all test the same as this one. No lead. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. I avoid using milk, even though it tastes a lot better, because dairy doesn't do good things for my skin. I also avoid nut milks because they usually contain stuff other than nut milk. I blend all my protein shakes with filtered water, so the flavor of the protein powder is all I taste. This stuff is entirely drinkable. Someone else said it was a little butterscotchey, and I can taste a bit of that, but I really like butterscotch, so it's good for me. Definitely sweet, but it's CINNAMON ROLL flavored, so duh... Anyway, it's a nice alternative to chocolate and vanilla, which I also like, so I'll keep it in the rotation.

smells delicious!
using Equip Foods Prime Protein Powder (Cinnamon Roll), and it’s honestly better than I expected for a beef protein. The taste is mild with a light cinnamon vibe! not super sweet, which I like. It mixes pretty smoothly with a hand frother. However, it’s a little thicker than whey. I mainly use it in smoothies and my iced coffees. It keeps me full without messing with my stomach—definitely a solid option if you’re dairy-free or doing paleo/keto.

Equip Prime Protein Review!
I love Equip’s Cinnamon Roll Protein Powder—it’s a total gem from a functional medicine practitioner's angle. This grass-fed whey isolate packs 20g protein, just 1g net carbs, and no added sugars, with real cinnamon extract to help keep blood sugar steady and monk fruit to sweeten without spiking insulin. I toss a scoop in my Ninja Creami with some raw milk (it dissolves evenly with my frother) and make the best healthy protein forward dessert. No bloat, no fake taste, just pure, clean fuel that fits my wellness goals perfectly!

Only if you don’t have taste buds
Hands down the worst protein I’ve ever tried . Worse than unflavored pea isolate which is chalky. 100x nastier than whey options I’ve tried . Whey tends to break me out so I figured I’d give this a shot but it is just awful. First of all the cinnamon roll flavor taste nothing like cinnamon , it taste like synthetic melted butterscotch candies . It’s sickly sweet even upon first sniff before tasting it. Mixed with water in shaker cup and it turned into straight up foam. Started with 7 oz of cold water and ended with 20oz of undrinkable foam. Next day I mixed it before my workout and let it sit for an hour in the fridge . That helped a big but still had more foam than a fresh poured lager. Finally I tried to mix it in the vitamix with ice to make a frozen concoction but it’s disgusting and way too sweet. Went back to whey and will just deal with the random zit here and there since it’s richer in leucine anyway which is the main contributor for muscle synthesis.

Super sweet & artificial tasting
This protein powder is decent but for sure not my fav. The cinnamon roll flavor specifically I’m sure (it’s the only one I’ve tried) tastes super artificial and insanely sweet. I initially got it to add into my coffee because that seems like the best use of that flavor but it’s hard to drink 🥴 maybe the other flavors taste better!

very gelatin-like, the simple flavors are best. better as a smoothie ingredient than it is alone.
Not for me. The "cinnamon roll" has more of a fake maple taste than a cinnamon one, and I realize I don't like the sweetener monkfruit. We have the vanilla version too, which is better as it doesn't have monkfruit in it. Because this is made from collagen, it is better to mix it with milk or put it in a smoothie than it is to just blend in a shaker with water. The texture when just mixed with water is like unset jello, and the color isn't particularly appetizing. It has a gelatin flavor which isn't as noticeable when blended with a banana and some almond milk etc. I do prefer it to the really artificial tasting powders but I will only use it as a smoothie ingredient, not on its own. The good thing about it is that there is nothing weird in the ingredients- clean and natural, very minimal ingredient list.

Qualityprotein that works and tastes delicious.
It is sweetened with o ly natural sweetners, no fake artifical junk. It is clean beef protein, not whey which can cause adverse effects and not nearly as beneficial as beef protein. And lastly it tastes great and mixes very well and works as it should. If your looking for quality protein that works, look no farther.
