So far, I’m very happy with my purchase- firstly, this was a bargain, secondly it’s been fabulous. I like the slowest setting with heat, it feels like it goes deeper and is a really nice pressure. Works well everywhere I’ve tried on my body. I suffer with ME and the pains I get can be unbearable, and this has really helped to ease and help with that so far. Nice with or without heat. Genuinely feels like a proper professional massage. I will update if anything changes.

After being involved in a car accident last year in which I suffered damage to the muscles in my side/back I decided to purchase this item to help with my recovery. I am really glad that I did as it has been a real help and made a big difference. I really like the additional heat function and it is noticeable when in use without being too hot. The rotating nodules give a nice massage effect and change direction every so often which I personally found to be a good thing as it helped to remove the ‘knots’ in my side/back. My husband recently tweaked his back and tried the massager and was also really impressed with it saying that it he could feel a difference even after the first use. I don’t know how durable it is or how long it will last as it’s still early days, but so far I have been very impressed with it and for the (low) price I paid it has been worth every penny.

Bought for my wife as a birthday present, she only just used it, said it's good. I had a go and it seems good, but my drop in 1 star I, it has to be connected to outlet to work, there's no battery to charge to go wireless. So being tied to a plug socket reduces where you can use it. It comes with a UK plug and a car lighter charger socket plug. The wire is a good length. It's a bit awkward to put on your neck, as it's rather heavy, so it uncomfortable to balance the pressure when it's on, and sit back on the sofa. If you don't push back hard enough it'll fall down the back of you. It does come with a strap to attach to a car seat headrest, but it won't attach to a normal sofa, so the straps useless unless in a car, or an office chair with a high back on it. Good features though, didn't notice any heat coming from it though, after going through all the settings. I would recommend as my wife now has it on the floor and let's it massage her feet.

This has been brilliant in working out knots and tension in my shoulder and back. Felt more limber after the deep massage that can apply a lot of pressure without it stopping the mechanism. Will keep using but I think this might be the missing link to help heal a long term injury. The heat must help a lot too.

I never usually leave a review but this product has really surpassed my expectations. Great little massager at a really good price.

Bought this for back and shoulder massage and it did not disappoint to start with. However, after only a few months the screws inside came loose and so one side did not work. But credit to the manufacturers workmanship, they made it so well, I can’t go inside it to screw back the part! **Edited - the company got in touch with me and offered a full refund immediately! Amazing customer service!

As shown in the video. It works fine for first couple of months, then the heads seems crashed into something, it is basically useless now . Don’t know what to do with it

This is so good for muscle tightness and nerve traps, and fab massage for the whole back and legs and shoulders and head, I tend to ly with pillows all set up and this behind my back and it does wonders, warning it can be sore at first for back but after a deep massage it sure sorts the pain and back issue , I have fibromyalgia and it does help as well with my legs as I tend to have a lot of muscle tightness especially when dealing with pain issues everyday it makes my muscles tight. And it does heat up too on back and best product for the price too
