Very smooth, non-sticky texture to this balm, with no notable scent or flavor. A comparision would be Bag Balm, which does have a sort of medicinal scent, that reminds me of Band-Aids🤔 but is also a nice texture. It leaves a healthy looking satin sheen; color is clear. A very small amount works! No need to apply like frosting on cake🙂A plain, simple product that does soften my skin, which tends to be very difficult to deal with, and HEAL-especially in Northern winters.I am 49, and am beginning to see those irritating, tiny vertical lip lines. This product does not plump them, but because it targets dryness, I notice they soften & blend into natural lip line better.This product IS expensive in my opinion. I bought it out of desperation for my parched, prone to chapping/peeling lips. Another factor for my choice of this particular brand, is that I have used Dr. Jart Ceramidin facial cream for Many years during winter, and it has proven effective for my very dry skin.I prefer to use this at night before bed, after skincare routine, allowing it to penetrate undisturbed, like a lip mask. This is more cost effective than re-applying all day and works well for me. If very chapped, I will apply through day and night until skin repairs, then back to nights only.Would I purchase again? Yes, under circumstances where my normal treatments do not help.

Very nice lip balm. Absorbs into my lips quickly making them incredibly soft.
