10ft Outdoor Patio Market Umbrella with Hand Crank, Navy Blue

Please do not waste your money! I buy pretty much everything on Amazon and rarely (if ever) post negative ratings for companies or products because I believe I am a savvy buyer and believe that all companies have good customer service. Unfortunately both product and customer service failed in this situation. I bought this in July while on vacation and put up in August on my patio, specifically buying this one because of the navy color and rectangular shape. WELL....the color faded so much by the end of September (yes...2 months of use), that I had to put it in the garage. Again, believing in customer service, contacted the seller and told them about this. They only copied and pasted the 30 day return policy and didn't even have a conversation with me. After a second unsuccessful attempt of getting them to understand/help, here I am with a one-star (actually zero stars) rating and including pictures so that everyone can see that although it appears nice at purchase, the navy blue fades to VERY light blue very fast. Look at the pictures...the two different colors used to be the SAME COLOR. The outside faded THAT MUCH. Super poor quality. My other circle umbrellas from Target have lasted two years and still look great. Please do not waste your money on this product or buy from this company.

Bought two, one of the cranks had to be tied down, or the umbrella comes down all by itself.

This is a sturdy, large, well-designed umbrella. It provides a huge area of shade and has held up through several fierce summer storms with high winds. We are so pleased we took a chance on this umbrella -- it is definitely a great value!
