This ps5 controller works perfectly, good battery life and the anniversary design looks so cool and reminds me of the ps1.

Ladies and gentlemen, this controller is cool. 🎮 As you can see, it proudly carries the classic PS1 branding and that iconic grey design we all remember. It’s a beautiful tribute to the old-school era of PlayStation, and it instantly triggers nostalgia. Now, full disclosure — I haven’t even taken it out of the box, and honestly, I don’t plan to. This thing is gorgeous just as it is. It’s a collectible, a piece of history. But here’s the downside: Sony really needs to stop making these things limited edition. Because limited edition means scalpers. And I absolutely hate scalpers. They destroy the hobby. Collectors, fans, gamers — we all lose. If stocks were plentiful, everyone could have one, and the scalper business would disappear overnight. Still, for what it is, this controller is an absolute gem. A perfect tribute to 30 years of PlayStation magic.

No way was I gonna pay $250-$300 on this, no matter how much I almost wanted to at one point. Very glad I didn't give in to temptation. You can only imagine how surprised I was to find it restocked here on amazon.....and just by CHANCE, as I simply just wanted to check out controllers out of boredom. Go figure, it paid off in spades. This is my 6th PS5 controller now (two were used and batteries died out now) so it was just a total buy for me without an ounce of hesitation. Couldn't be more pleased with the "classic" colour palette.

Pure nostalgia. I got it because it's the ps1 color scheme and it looks amazing. Perfect trap. Get it.
