It’s an excellent bag.
It’s early days yet but I wanted to write this review now. Firstly I want to thank Mohammed in customer service dept for his excellent help, so, BIG THANKS MOHAMMED. I placed my order Wednesday evening with standard delivery for Saturday, by Thursday evening I had received no dispatch information and I’d started twitching and worrying it would not arrive by Saturday, (I live in rural Wales and even before the Coronavirus lockdown deliveries can be a tad slow sometimes). I contacted customer service and Mohammed answered, I explained my concern and he checked my order status replying that it had got stuck in processing, he informed me that he would prioritise it and assured me it would arrive by end of Saturday. Today is Friday and it arrived by Royal Mail around lunchtime, I was surprised and extremely pleased, I should also thank Royal Mail at this point and my postman for the excellent service. Many thanks to all. Now the bag itself. In my opinion it’s an excellent bag!! I half filled it with a stainless steel drinks bottle, another smaller roll up bag with personal items, phone etc and some dry clothes, (I’d say there would still be room for a wetsuit, shoes and packed lunch. I got the 20lt bag). I headed for the river and set off downstream. I did only swim about a mile, so a short journey for the bag but it passed the initial test with flying colours, the contents remained bone dry. I did not test the phone bag properly yet but I did a paper test with it in the sink, fully submerging it for about a minute. The paper remained dry with only a little water ingress around the locking mechanism but no water into the bag itself. I’m giving this kit 10/10 Update: Sunday walk and swim. I did a 5 mile river walk and swim today, the bag was in the water for about 3 of those miles, it had close to 2kg of weight in it. It floats lovely and does not let water in.
