Is this company any good?

I haven’t bought or used these, but Cleto Reyes is well known among boxers as being a good brand. Even the great Muhammad Ali used these gloves! They are made in Mexico, they are authentic.

How long does it take to brake in?

These are a punchers style of glove which means the padding is redistributed a little less around the front and knuckle area so careful if not used to this type. If starting out fighting or training I would suggest a different brand such as Venom or Title that tend to have more padding around the front and knuckle area and a little less across the lower parts by your wrist and top of hand.
